Does anyone know of weightloss pills that definitely work w/o a diet change or extra excercise?

The rules: Eat whatever you want the first day, the second day eat half of what your body needs (E.g. my body needs 1800, I ate 900 the next day) and repeat!

So this is what happened…

Start weight- 56.3kg
current weight- 54.7kg (After a binge day)
53.5kg (after a normal day)

I lost 1.6kg-2.6kg in 3 days. THe site where I got this diet off of said that the weight loss is because with the binging I Am boosting my metabolism and when i eat less the next day the body burns more then it needs to. AKA.. loose weight.

but I think their is more of a reason… Do you think that is the real reason I am loosing all this weight or do you think it is another??

Also would anyone be willing to try it out and email me after a week to see if it works for them.. if it does, we might of just found ourselves the BEST weightloss diet ever :D
